What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Orders placed before 2PM (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day for shipping via Royal Mail on the next working day. We offer FREE First Class UK Delivery on all orders over £40. We take good care to make certain that your purchase reaches you directly and adequately. 98% of our UK clients get their orders the next working day or Saturday, relying on which delivery option you chose for your shipment. Please ensure that you enter accurate shipping information, as we do not replace or re-ship any order at our expense if the wrong information had been provided by way of you. We may additionally at our discretion, upgrade the postage choice for orders of high value or heavy items, we will no longer charge you any extra postage costs for this. We can also provide your phone number or email address to the nominated courier for tracking your order and for them to inform you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has no longer arrived in 7 working days following despatch (UK orders) and 15 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.
