Once your order is confirmed and paid for, and the Age Verification is successful, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays).
You will receive a notification when your order has processed. Orders taken after 4pm will be processed and dispatched the next business day (Not weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a further email from the courier on the evening the parcel is dispatched.

We may additionally at our discretion, upgrade the postage choice for orders of high value or heavy items, we will no longer charge you any extra postage costs for this. We can also provide your phone number or email address to the nominated courier for tracking your order and for them to inform you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has no longer arrived in 7 working days following despatch (UK orders) and 15 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.
